Prime Rib

Now that Ponderosa is closed where will I eat Thursday nights?



It has always been my tradition to see if I could eat a whole Prime Rib at their all you can eat Prime Rib night. I don't mean a whole piece but a whole rib!



They served pieces about 4 oz in size so I calculated it would take 48 slices to make a whole prime rib. I am sorry to say - I never even hit double digits but it was my dream and now that dream is gone.



I hope the restaurant that is replacing Ponderosa, Colton's Steakhouse, keeps me in mind when they make their menu. I would hate to drive all the way to E-Town to eat at Ryan's, every Thursday, at their all you can eat prime rib buffet, but that doesn't mean I won't.
